TangoHost provides server hosting services, including but not limited to game server hosting (such as Minecraft), VPS hosting, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment and Billing

  • All services must be paid for in advance of the service term.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your service.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with a minimum of 30 days' notice to existing customers.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of services.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase for first-time customers only.
  • No refunds for renewals, service violations, or custom services.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause downtime.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

6.1 Prohibited Activities

  • Hosting or distributing illegal content, including copyrighted material without permission.
  • Engaging in hacking, phishing, fraud, or distribution of malware.
  • Launching Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Running applications that interfere with network security or system stability.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

6.2 Resource Usage

Excessive resource use that negatively impacts other customers may result in service suspension. We may impose limits to maintain stability.

6.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content hosted with us. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds are given for terminations due to abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 30 days. We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or indirect damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TangoHost and Beyond Bounds Studios LLC, including its members and employees, from any claims arising out of your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
